Securus Technologies has recently announced that it has received official accreditation from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) along with an A+ rating, the highest rating given out by the BBB.
This is a major accomplishment for the Dallas-based company. Securus is a leading provider of civil and criminal justice technology solutions and prides itself on offering the best service to its customers along with cutting edge technology. In order to receive the accreditation Securus Technologies had to meet BBB standards in many areas, not least honesty in advertising and transparency.
One of the main factors in Securus’ BBB accreditation was the fact that they have recently opened a 220 seat domestic call center. This call center allows Securus to have more control over the way customers are treated and ensure that heir customer service is second to none.
Company representatives handle an average of 2.5 million calls per month and they have a satisfaction rating of 4.3 out of 5. With over 1,300 associated nationwide, Securus has one of the largest and most well-trained staff in the industry. In order to get the accreditation, the BBB had to independently verify the claims made by Securus Technologies and agree to them.
