Vijay Eswaran has established himself as one of the most successful businessmen in Malaysia in the past couple of decades. The company that Vijay Eswaran founded in the late 1990s named QI Group of Companies had the annual revenue of nearly $750 million in the last year as per the estimate by Forbes. Vijay Eswaran has completed his graduation from the London School of Economics and had a graduation degree in Socio-Economics and has completed his Masters in Business Administration from the famous Southern Illinois University. Vijay Eswaran came in touch with the binary marketing while he was in the United Kingdom and also holds a diploma in it that he did from CIMA.

Vijay Eswaran worked with a multi-level marketing firm named Synaptics while in the United States, which triggered his interest in the MLM business. However, he didn’t pursue it further in the United States and came back to Malaysia in 1998. It is during this time that he was contacted by the Cosway Group from the Philippines to manage their MLM business. It is during this time around that he started QI Inc, which went on to become one of the biggest MLM businesses of all times, currently headquartered in Hong Kong. The QI Group of Companies has their operations and satellite offices located in many Asian countries, including in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam.

Vijay Eswaran said in one of the articles that he recently wrote online that it is necessary for the leader of the company to ensure that the employees of the company are taken care of well. If the leader of the company does not take care of the employees well and there is no family spirit in the organization, it would not be able to function as a coherent unit. The performance of the company would be badly affected due to the lack of unity and direction, which would also be reflected in its revenue and business model. The company should have core values, and it should be followed by everyone. It is these values that hold the company and its employees together.

Vijay Eswaran also shared some tips on how the company head can become a true leader. A true leader should lead by example and do all the things that are expected out of the employees. When they see that their head is working as hard as they are, only then are they inspired to give their best in whatever they do.
